Holding CompaniesWe form companies with a comprehensive service for $2,500. This involves establishing a company in this non-taxable jurisdiction with our client as signatory on his own bank account. The information as to ownership of the company remains confidential and this confidentiality is protected by law. When creating an "Exempt Company" with full service, a registered office is provided for receipt and forwarding of a maximum of ten items of mail per year. IBC - International Business CorporationsThe fee for forming an "International Business Corporation" - "IBC" with single service provision of incorporation and establishing a bank account is $825. Multiple CompaniesIf more than one company is formed on a single occasion, then the individual costs will be $625 per company, for company incorporation only, and a fee of $475 for establishing each bank account for each company. (In the latter two instances, no mail will be received on behalf of the company). The choices remain of the substantial expenditure of establishing a bank, or alternatively forming and utilizing a holding company. Consideration should be given to (a) the costs and (b) the bureaucratic inconveniences of impositions on strict privacy, confidentiality and minimum regulatory provisions which as one seeks in an offshore financial centre. Of course , if the full regulatory procedures of a bank are sought, then the client's strict requirements would be paramount. Barnett and Associates specializes in the creation of tax shelters and other offshore work and is based in the Turks and Caicos Islands. No illegal moneys are being sought, and a due diligence verification is required. In addition to helping our clients establish a bank in the Turks and Caicos Islands, we can assist in developing other options that may also be useful. These include a cost-effective holding company, and a vehicle which we have found, in the form of a Building Society. We here outline the differences, and will quote fees on request. We work with our clients to consider any of these options. Feel free to revert to us with any questions.
